Happy Bastille
Day! Besides making me wish I were sitting in a Paris café, Bastille Day always
reminds me of one of the greatest scenes from what may be my favourite film—Casablanca.
So please watch and enjoy as Victor Laszlo (Paul Henreid), with the help of
Rick Blaine (Humphrey Bogart), one-ups the Nazis by leading a rousing rendition
of La Marseillaise while Ilsa Lund (Ingrid Bergman) looks on with
adoration. Viva la France.
